You will Spend this time immersed in healing sound of Crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, chimes, shruti box, voice and percussion. All of these instruments are specifically designed for sound healing and will help you to relax into a deep rested state, bringing a sense of peace and space for inner reflection.

Spaces are limited, so early booking is recommended!
